Love from a Dog

Therapy dogs are dogs who go with their owners to volunteer in settings such as schools, hospitals, and nursing homes.

From working with a child who is learning to read to visiting a senior in assisted living, therapy dogs and their owners work together as a team to improve the lives of other people.

The joy of having Dollie is that I can work with her and teach her how to be gentle with Brent during Therapy or when he is hurting or just having a bad day. She is a natural and learning a lot and following command when I need her too with him.

I pray that maybe one day I can take her to the hospital’s and other places that accept therapy dogs. They are a joy to be around.
